Booking terms
Interim version, updated 2 November 2026. Terms on deposits, cancellations, children, extra beds, and pets will be added before opening and shared when you book.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2 pm WIB and check-out is by 12 noon WIB. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry a charge.
ID
Every adult guest shows a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence at check-in.
Rates
Rates on this site are shown as “from”. The final rate, including whether breakfast is included, is confirmed when you book.
Room capacity
Standard sleeps 2. Deluxe Double sleeps 2 adults and 1 child. For groups, we'll help arrange several rooms.
Payment
Cash, card, or bank transfer. Online payment (virtual account, card, QRIS) follows once the payment system is live.
Packages and offers
Each package states its own validity period, minimum nights, cancellation policy, and allocation.
